Within the framework of International Civil Aviation rules, we aim at increasing customer satisfaction in Passenger Servicese where CIP and VIP services are rendered, by taking the quality safe service policy as the basis. Staff candidates assigned in passenger services complete their theoreticle trainings and strengthen their practical trainings through "On-the-job" Training (OJT) delivered in the custody of their manegers periodially.
